Annabelle has always been my ace in the hole, my go to weapon when I don't feel like charging into glorious battle and get my clothing bloody from NCR blood. Solid against clearing out entire NCR squads. However, one night, Gun Runners finally updated(after well over a month in game time) so I was browsing the inventory. I eyed Esther from across the room. She stared back. It was meant to be. I paid her captors the money needed to free her. She was mine. I tested her out, and man, she exceeded all my expectations. Esther even comes with an Esther Effect, which gives me rad resistance and extra DT. Why would I need it? Oh, I'd figure out soon enough. Esther is so powerful, that that is the downside of Esther, it's just too amazing. This thing one hits absolutely everything and its splash damage is quite nice.

I decided to take our relationship to the next level, and I proposed to Esther that I take her with me to go visit Kimball. She grinned. I decided to set up shop from a tower, it'd be a good spot to snipe Kimball from. Then I realized something. One shot from Esther and absolutely EVERYBODY would die. Everybody including Cato Hostilius. Is killing Cato bad? Would the Legion be upset with me if I blew him to smithereens? It's too late for me to go check now, I already did the quest in another way, much to the dismay of Esther. I snuck up on Ranger Grant and some Private and quickly beheaded both of them with a Tomahawk, snuck past them and planted a charge on the Vertibird. Kimball got spooked and ran, and I could have killed him but I focused on the rangers instead. He flew away thinking he was safe while I was executing my opposition with Oh Baby!.

Does anyone else think Esther is good as I do? I would classify myself as middle class in terms of wealth, but with all the weapons I find, I always have mini nuke ammo. Glad there are vendors that sell some now! Also, Tiny Tot is quite fearsome. If you haven't heard what they sound like, be glad. Once you hear it, it's too late.
