Hey guys, like the title says I'm wanting to buy morrowind on steam but before I do so I have a question. On Steam, it says that the GoTY edition does NOT include the original Mod Construction set. So my question is, does this mean I can't use mods at all, or that I just can't make my own mods, but can still download other people's mods? Any feedback would be appreciated, as being able to use mods is kind of a make-or-break issue for me.

You will still be able to use mods, the CS is just for making mods.

I dont know much about steam but you can use mods with every version of Morrowind.
