The Nature of Dragonborn

I'm not too familiar with the lore so I hope you guys could lend a hand in understanding.

There's a discussion over in Skyrim General that the current Dragonborn is a Shezarrine, commissioned by Lorkhan to keep Alduin at bay to preserve Lorkhan beloved Nirn.

So Shezzarines are all connected to each other (and to Lorkhan) in some way, that could reasonably explain why the current Dragonborn is what he is (divinely related to TS/Talos), who is summoned with the power to destroy dragons and absorb their souls.

But then, why was Tiber Septim a Dragonborn in the first place? Unless I'm wrong about the time line, there's no dragons during the time of Tiber Septim and his ascend to godhood Talos. If he was a Shezarrine; did Lorkhan just made him Dragonborn so that the Septim bloodline would be definitive and powerful from then on?

Also, why didn't Lorkhan just directly intervene (the way Akatosh did against Dagon) during the First Dragon War and just say "Not now, Alduin!". And also, why would we need a Dragonborn anyway? Any mortal, with training in the Voice and could hit hard enough can take down Alduin!

Thanks!

Because he's dead. It's kind of hard to do anything when your hearts been ripped out. I mean, it's amazing how much Lorkhan's gotten done so far without it! Wulfharth, Pelinal, Tiber, Champion of Cyrodil, the list goes on.

From what is said in Skyrim it takes years to learn even a single word of the Voice but a dragonborn can learn it in moments. Also only the dragonborn can kill a dragon for good, otherwise they can simply be resurrected

Dragonborn is blessing from Akatosh, not Lorkhan. Tiber was dragonborn. Talos is far more complex thing, mix of both Shezarrines/Akatoshines (i'm drunk so forgive me for misspelling). Mix of multiple personalties into one superior form. In one VERY mythic form.

I'm still drunk so but i shall try to make my line of thought clear: Earlier on i believed that PC in Skyrim was one part of Talos version 2, Filling role of Zurin when Tullius and Ulfric filled roles appropriate for them. But now i don't, not atleast as powerful as Talos was. Why: Zurin was Akaviri Dragonguard Vershu, who surrendered to Reman. Later on got "killed" by Tiber but because he was immortal and couldn't just die he got sent back in time (playing roles of Pelinal, Ysmir etc). He came back to Tiber as Underking Wulfharth to kills a new Zurin to sent back in time. I know it's awful time-travel-cliche. He finally "died" at the events during TESII: Daggerfall as he got his soul/hearth from player.

Why Tiber Septim was Dragonborn? I don't know, but probably because he fulfilled his prophecy. Amulet of Kings and all that.

Some of you might as why would Vershu be searching for Reman. I answer with this: Because Reman was child of Mnemoli, Blue Star, Space God. Why is this important? Because that is key aspect of Right Reaching. In him Vershu saw virtual Starline, Dai. And after that all he had to do was to wait for Tiber.

It's still just an idea in my head but slowly i'm working my theory on it. I shall walk like evidence until evidence walks like me. True mantling in process, baby.
