Although I guess if months went by and nobody fell in love with this mod enough to finish it up, I might have to revisit it.

It required making it be an .esm for the navmesh additions to be visible to the NPC AI. Peeps who work with it as a mod should probably edit it using an .esp, working with a dual master setup.
It looks neat in game it honestly does. I will probably leave it enabled in my own games, just.... because.
