I've done this. Many times. Well, first I get the key to the basemant and kill the Super Mutants, then I kill them.

I dont kill them, only biggots kill reasonable ghouls, as ghouls are ALMOST just as human as me and you

Err... you do realize that Ghouls have no effect on the Gene Pool? They're sterile.

Now, the Feral ones may have a Dawrin-like effect.... but only to the people who aren't wary of Ghouls.
