I've found a mod that let's me get to level 100 but I don't think I'll be able to keep gaining perks after I hit level 30, are there any perk/level mods that let me gain perks after level 30?
And I'm looking for a SPECIAL mod that eventually lets me get to 10 for all the SPECIAL. I found http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/16007 but it seems to say that you have to manually edit it (I think).
