Mad Chemist

So I decided that I'd go the mad chemist route for my character. After messing up my Perks and my brother telling me so [fast shot and trigger discipline mistake]. I decided that I wanted to run a Courier who Courier was his side job. lol. Like his hobby and passion is in science and medics. Did I mention that was a play on words? A mad junkie scientist. lol a Chemist looking for the next chem fix.

But I wouldn't now where to go with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. [btw that's very catchy played F3 and now FNV and realize I remember what that stands for] I know something along the lines of Intelligence would play a big factor, I know the Skills would be something like Med, Science [then what would the third?], and then last of all what Perks would be helpful?
