Has anyone had a problem with the Light Touch Perk? I do not see any bonus listed when wearing light armor, does that mean it is not working? Thanks!

I tend to relly on the wikia to see whats up as far as bugs with perks and whatnot. Its hard for me to pay attention to every stat number (like the sniper carbon parts mod that doesn't really decrease weight). Although I did notice that Raul's full maintenance wasn't working right as I did not notice any slower weapon/armor decay.

Hopefully whoever works on the patches does too because there are way more bugs listed there than on these forums.
