Since CH4NCE isn't jumping on this one like he always does I will!
1. Go to the installation of the Crysis 2 folder. It will be located in the origin folder. See if the Crysis2.exe actually does exist. If it does, try to run it by using the Crysis2.exe instead of origin.
2. If it isn't there, there was an issue with your installation, and if Origin is giving you a fit, you need to uninstall it, reinstall it, and make sure it patches correctly and try to reinstall Crysis 2.
3. Did you get the Limited Edition version? Make sure you're using the actual CDKey and not the LE key. I did that when I was trying to install my copy a little over a year ago and you mentioned key issues.
4. If the reinstall didn't work, that means that there are fragments of registry values left over after the uninstall that are effecting the current install. After uninstalling, try using the program CCleaner with the registry cleaner, to remove unwanted registry entries. This program is safe! I use it at work all the time and it is one of my approved tools.
