Hello

I just bought myself a new PC. It's a powerfull monster. One of the first game i bought is Crysis2!

I install the game, install EA download manager, install Origin...

I want to launch the game.. it says: cannot find Bin32/crysis2launcher.exe ...



I can't even delete the game from my system...


Can anybody please help me out!!!???

Can you launch C2 from the Origin screen?

I tried everything.

I installed Origin and I cannot see anything about C2.

I tried to enter my CDKEY into origin, i can then select C2 (english version,...), then it says it is an incorrect CDKEY (wich is impossible).


When I go into Program Files / EA / Crytek / Crysis2 ... There are hardly any files in there... Only EADM or Language packages etc...

The weird part is that i Cannot uninstall C2 ....

More info needed. Did you buy the Max Edition? C2 should be under "My Games" when using the Origin client (at least mine does but my version is the regular one). When I fire Origin, i have to login using my email address and password then I can see my games, etc.

Since CH4NCE isn't jumping on this one like he always does I will!

1. Go to the installation of the Crysis 2 folder. It will be located in the origin folder. See if the Crysis2.exe actually does exist. If it does, try to run it by using the Crysis2.exe instead of origin.
2. If it isn't there, there was an issue with your installation, and if Origin is giving you a fit, you need to uninstall it, reinstall it, and make sure it patches correctly and try to reinstall Crysis 2.
3. Did you get the Limited Edition version? Make sure you're using the actual CDKey and not the LE key. I did that when I was trying to install my copy a little over a year ago and you mentioned key issues.
4. If the reinstall didn't work, that means that there are fragments of registry values left over after the uninstall that are effecting the current install. After uninstalling, try using the program CCleaner with the registry cleaner, to remove unwanted registry entries. This program is safe! I use it at work all the time and it is one of my approved tools.

Keep us updated with your efforts. Screen shots help. So does as much information as you can give us.

I now did a system recovery on my PC to yesterday. EA is awfull on this one....

So because of the system recovery I can now install it again. It is now installing. I will keep you guys posted. i think within 15minutes it should be completed

By the way: I have the normal version not the LE

Can we go step-by-step trough this installation please?!
