Any interest in an online homebrew PNP?

In my free time i like writing systems for simple dice-based RP games, i don't often get too far before moving on to something else that perks my interest and never a chance to really use any. My most recent attempt is at a generic Elder Scrolls system, based largely on Skyrim to begin with, but taking some things from the previous games as well. Items, for example, are almost exclusively Skyrim and do not include any special items (only the base sets) since it would be up to the GM of such a game to add them as a game progresses (although i suppose there should be a few pre-existing). I would be adding more from previous games if there are unique forms of weapons and armor i feel differ enough from the general set. Additionally monsters would be similar in that I would take Skyrim in to consideration first, and then work backwards from there. I say "would" but i have already started doing quite a bit on the Core, and all i really have left is to introduce spells, and the items involved in alchemy and smithing. docs.google.com/document/d/19nQoF0jAmu7IuEdrI8jlx8Ohm_7kYQyUSyir04B22ZE/edit# <- This only leads to the core Google Document

All of the documents, which were influenced by several other forms of dice-based games, will exist on a variety of Google Documents and Spreadsheets. They would update when i make changes and be free to view for anyone as something done for the sake of entertainment. The sessions themselves would take place once per week, possibly more than that depending on those who show interest and their free time. The days most likely Sat or Sun, and afternoon Mon/Wed/Fri ~ They would be done in an IRC using one channel for RP and the other for OOC and dice rolls. I'm not actually seeking whether people want to join as of now, but merely if anyone would be interested if i were to try and get a group together. I would be free to suggestions for the plot of such an adventure since i am not dead-set on any as of now~ although i would set it up and GM it once it was decided upon.

Please post interest, story suggestions, or refer me to other well-thought out pre-existing Tamriel / Elder Scrolls systems i might take pointers from.
