So when we finally have a game that visits Akavir do you think we'll hear about the Nerevarine and his/her exploits there?And do you think he/she will probably be killed there? or do you think they will have accomplished more there and left for other areas so basically we only hear of their exploits and adventures and always be a step behind them? lol

I personally like the idea of hearing about him/her and always being a step behind them so we can keep hearing about them and reading lore of their future adventures.

I think I prefer contradictory or mutually exclusive rumors/gossip. It leaves us players free to insert our own version of the Nerevarine.

nah bethesda has a bad habit of characters from old games dying in fairly lame ways, like the nirnroot guy from ob, or saint juib.

Me too, the legend lives on (maybe). The post-game histories of the player characters is one of those things I actually think should be left ambiguous. But I'm more than amused by wild rumors, as long as they stay rumors

I imagine if they referenced it at all, there would be legends of some great deed performed by a mysterious hero from Tamriel who (possibly) called him/herself the Nerevarine.

It could be worked into the plot fairly well: think Tiber Septim.
