Hi everyone, first post here. My problem is that, after installing a boat-load of mods, I've been unable to get the game to launch. I've done everything that's necessary with OBMM and Wrye Bash, and of course downloaded OBSE. The problem is that, when I attempt to launch the game from OBMM, Wrye Bash, or through the OBSE Loader directly, I get an error saying "You are using the original 0.1.0.288 version of Oblivion, please upgrade to 1.2.0.416." This has me confused, as I've definitely patched Oblivion. Just to be sure, I loaded the game through the Oblivion Launcher and, sure enough, the version number is the patched version, not the original version, as stated by OBSE. I honestly have no idea what the problem could be. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance.

Best practice is to install one mod at a time, not a "boat-load" at one time, verifying things work correctly before moving on to the next. Try uninstalling all of your mods, including an OBSE mods, then reactivate one at a time, starting the game each time to verify things work properly.

I suppose that may be my mistake, then. I didn't just download them all and then try, I tried throughout, but I guess I didn't try often enough. By 'uninstall', do you just mean deactivate, or literally remove them and re-download them?
