Hey all,

I normally don't frequent the Fallout forum, as I was a Skyrim die hard for a while. However, the more I played Skyrim, the less I liked it, which is a problem I NEVER had with Fallout 3 and so I am back to it now. I have put in a ton of hours into Fallout 3 and I would venture to say it is my favorite game of this console generation right behind Bioshock (that game still blows my mind).

Anyway, I am having fun with Fallout 3, but I always think about New Vegas. I stayed away from the game at first because it largely looked like a really big addon from Fallout 3. I also heard a lot about bugs which made me steer clear as well. Now however, I am really thinking about looking into New Vegas and I was just hoping I could get some player feedback about it. Obviously, I know the bugs have been squashed more or less and I know there is a lot of dlc out for it, but I am also curious about general impressions.

Is it better than Fallout 3? Is there more to do? I don't want this to be a homework assignment, but if someone could help me out by comparing and contrasting the two, it would make my decision a lot easier! Also, to be clear, I plan on buying the goty edition with all the dlc when/if I do pick it up, just to get the maximum bang for my buck. I appreciate the responses in advance!
