I believe they still put out FO1, 2, and Tactics out in a boxed set - Best Buy, Walmart, Gamestop etc. Also, if you prefer to download them, I know that Good Old Games, Steam, and GameTap have them online.

The GOG editions are ready for modern operating systems and yours to keep drm-free. I highly reccomend them for a first-timer or returning veteran player who needs a new copy.
