Do ghouls need to eat because I know they age and regenerate more efficiently than humans but do they need to eat because Dean Domino from DM says hes not sure if he needs to eat at all. If they do, would ferals eat humans as that would be creepy, walking into a metro tunnel and seeing a bunch of zombie-like creatures feeding on a corpse?
