Is comprehension and educated needed? I know comprehension is more useful. Out of interest what INT is needed to max skills. Int needed with Comp. Needed with Educated. Needed with both?

I doubt you can get maxed skills but if you want to do it then get Comprehension and get every skill book.
Without Comprehension, you get 16 skill points in each skill if you collect every book.
'with' Comprehension you get 20 skill points in each skill.
13x4= 52 extra skill points.

That is 'if' you get every skill book and you don't max out skills before you've found every skill book and used 'em.
I think Old World Blues adds 13 more skill books, one for each skill.
So that's 13 more skill points right there from Comprehension.

You don't need 100 lockpick ever though, science or speech etc. Just 90+10 or 80+20 with comprehension. Comprehension technically saves 10 more on all of these skills.
