I'm trying to edit Almalexia's greetings, just to add some reverb and maybe some effect to make her sound more than just a Dunmer woman. I'm using Cool Edit Pro (version 2.0). The problem is that the edited mp3s fail play in the game.

The mp3s are in Data Files\Sound\Vo\Misc

tr_almgreet3.mp3

I wonder why they don't play after being edited, and if there is a way to edit them (and add effects) and have them work.
