Need tips for a new character!

Well not exactly new....

But anyway his name is Brald, what makes him unique from all my other characters, he is missing his left arm, naturally this little handicap is more of me limiting myself with certain things, from what I currently have for Brald, yet another little fun thing, he only wears pants and his weapon of choice is a cutlass. Which means of course no protection against the incoming attacks!

Anyway, I come here asking for tips for him, you know any other forms to play out the fact that he only has one arm more realistically I know that means limiting weapons...maybe also alchemy?

As for defense...Brald Rp wise is a speedy guy, that guy that can land multiple hits and possibly downing the enemy before they have a chance to react, of course perhaps that means I should invest in sneak?

Any ideas are very welcomed :P

If you're on PC, you can use Galerion Unarmored mod - it would fit your character well.

When I play unarmored characters I always concentrate on raising Acrobatics. I do this to simulate, RP/immersion-wise, the freedom of movement of wearing only clothes (and when I play a character who wears armor I never raise Acrobatics, to simulate the encumbrance of wearing armor).

Raising Acrobatics has practical, non-RP value too: with high Acrobatics you can get out of harm's way by jumping on high rocks or walls which: 1. gives yourself time to plan your next move (I find I need to do a lot more strategic thinking when playing an unarmored character) and, 2. gives your character time to drink a health potion or cast a healing spell (you will probably be doing one of these two things a lot when playing unarmored).
