stuck in megaton : Fallout 3

Im stuck in my house in megaton. Some how i got stuck between the wall and my bed and i cant move. I really dont wanna start over for im almost done with the game. Help.

Reloading saves is always helpful. Especially if your autosave is on. Then just reload to your last autosave(Which should be when you first entered your house).

If you don't have a save to reload, save first and try throwing grenades at the wall or maybe shooting it with a missile launcher. You might accidentally dislodge yourself.
