I've looked through Nexus already. I really hate they way Interior Maps are handled in this game, it's so confusing to navigate interiors, mainly multiple level interiors, using it....or is it just me? Has anyone made a beter map mod?

None that I have seen. Honestly I hope they improve it for the next fallout game. Skyrim I think has the right idea though. There is a "spell" that creates a line for you to follow to your target. One could easily rationalize it has a pipboy plotting an optimal path for you.
