I haven't read anyone else having this issue but on the point of the quest where you meet up for the assault only the one Sargent is there and the rest of the troopers are missing. I had my own mod that modified the trooper's gear but didn't change anything else i thought that might have been the issue so i disabled the mod and went to a save before the point of the quest started and the troopers still don't appear, then i disabled every mod and just left New Vegas and its DLCs and still they don't appear. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for taking the time to read my problem.

They should spawn after you initiated the attack.

Only the Sergent is there until you actually attack the prison, then the rest of the NCR troops appear.

Huh .. okay the other troopers spawned but the group thats suppose to spawn with you don't appear in the GECK it shows that there about 4 the are suppose to spawn in your spot.

That's what you get for looking in the GECK.

There are activators all over the map, some don't get used in the final game. The script that tells the game to spawn the extra troops is no longer there. Reason, the battle was a slide show with the extra troops on the console versions of the game.
