some times when i explore about 7 places i have levelled up all the way to 14 is it better on hard difficulty?? plus hard core mode

For New Vegas since you mentioned hardcoe mode. I agree that in both Fallout 3 and New Vegas it is easy to level up.

One of the reasons I take the "SKILLED" trait. -10% exp. for everything. Doesn't help much, but it is something.
