I just finished Crysis 2 and I'm pretty confused. Can anyone give me a satisfying answer?

There are quite a few threads already about it.

We play as "prophet", a hybrid from Alcatraz′s body, the nanosuit and prophets mind. So esentially we use the body of Alcatraz but the charater we play as is the old prophet.
