I have a problem with Crysis 2 Maximum edition on steam. Seems like every time I grab an alien and throw it, the game freezes. It works to ctrl+alt+delete out of it and in the background is the crash report window where I click to close the program.

My specs are i5 2500k, 8gb ddr3, gtx 580 phantom 3Gb.

Is this a know bug? Is there a fix for this? I can play the game fine, but I want to be able to grab and throw enemies.
