I'm not sure now where it came from but at level 40, Angel has 63% strength. I know for sure at level 25 her strength was still at the starting value. She can carry 315lbs of stuff but her normal encumbrance is usually well under 200lbs.

She uses feather potions if she gets weighted down. She collects staffs so it happens on certain types of dungeon crawls. Once, she picked up over 300 of the commercial Strong Healing potions and the same for Strong Magicka potions in a single dungeon. That dungeon used to have a Boss Vampire in it but he's gone now.

EDIT: I used pounds as an indication of weight but it's probably closer to ounces/grams if we take a real-life unit of measure.
