So i'm playing through as a pretty bad dude, not quite shooting random people in towns but stealing and what not, anyways! So i was in the underworld trying to find Moira when i felt... out of place. I mean they were ghouls and here I was alowing them to live, now I didn't want to kill them because of the ninth cercile or what ever, so where is a good place for a bad guy to shop without feeling out of place?

BOS base, since you have to do the Main Quest anyways. Traveling Caravans are a good second, Any Villian knows not to punk the help. Dont mess with the caravans or you'll run outa juice
