You could try the FormID finder, this should give your the source mod of... whatever left this inferno

Alright I'm pretty sure it has to do with 28 days the zombie mod and it's "city damage" feature being coupled with Dynamic Leveled Lists. Those 2 mods do not cooperate well with each other.

FormID finder is a fancy way of just doing the following.

In the game approach the material that seems mod added or unusual. open the console by hitting the tilda key ~ then click on the objects in the game. A number will appear at the top of the screen. The first two numbers will match a mod in your load order. Write at least those two numbers down.

Exit game and look up mod on load order. You can click on multiple objects if it looks like several mods are interacting badly.

Dynamic LL should not be affecting any buildings or structures. It is probably just 28 days by itself - but click around or use FormID for other mods if you suspect them.
