Which spells you use more fire or frost spells?

I use fire cause it generally does more damage, where frost just kills stamina lol. I do love Ice Spear cause it looks brutal, I wish It did more damage though. I think the whole destruction school is heavily underpowered when compared to Oblivion.

For me it depends on the character. I rarely use Destruction as it is, but I've had characters that specialise in one form of elemental damage or another. My personal favourite would be Frost though, due (I think) to starting the TES series with Morrowind and needing to get around the Dunmer's fire resistance.

Buffy uses frost and fire about equally but in rather untraditional ways.

Although she is quite accomplished in Destruction, to her the school largely means weakness to poison. She has always struggled with the actual elements and is not good at all with them. This is fine, as the bow is her primary direct damage dealer. Fire then is handy for cooking. Frost is nice to chill an ale sometimes. She also uses frost quite a bit in dungeons as a light source (frost on target for 3 points x 15 seconds) – these little ‘frost balls’ stick to walls, ceilings etc and provide needed light for her that lingers just long enough to do the job. She actually prefers it light/night eye spells or torches.
