if you are in the high-school test area, you need to locate three computer terminals and download the student data from each one. After that you can leave through the latge metal door on the second floor, that returns you to the entrance. The residential test area you can leave after finding the audio sample in one of the digging spots. It's different everytime, so you need to search all of them, like i did last time
