Questions about guns?

Just wondering: can you get mods for

Battle Rifle(GRA)
Sniper Rifle
And can mods be put on unique weapons

Also, does anyone actually use the reloading bench because I dont thinking ever used one, ever, the shell casings litter my inventory so I dispose of them. Anyone else find this?

Oh, and desert ranger armour plus desert sniper lOoks quite nice in 3rd person :3

Battle rifle = no
Sniper rifle = yes [carbon fibre parts for reduced weight and a silencer to eh... silence the weapon :)
Unique weapons = no mods. Unless u consider Elijah's advanced LAER unique, there can be two found in OWB though.

I always use the Reloading Bench whenever I do a Guns playthrough, it's an incredibly effective way to lower your overall carry weight, conserve ammo an it is the only way to create hand load rounds. Whenever I get ammo I either keep it if I have a relevant gun or I break it down, then I can use the powders and lead with the cases I get from shooting to create more ammo.

The reloading bench = friend. For me I use it quite often cuz I love the 12-gauge mag rounds in my Riot Shotgun. Also in OWB ammo for guns is scarce, and being able to recycle the ammo u brought is a godsend.

The carbon fiber parts mod for the sniper rifle was bugged the last I heard. It showed the weight reduction in your inventory, but your encumbrance wasn't actually affected - the rifle still weighed the same as the unmodded version. Was this ever patched up?
