WORST weapon in the game : Fallout: New Vegas

What in your opinion is the worst weapon in the game (and or past games)

Mine would have to be the .22 smg from new vegas
I have never seen such an unusable weapon, I seriously think this thing shoots spitballs.

And the 32 revolver from fallout 3

Fallout New Vegas: Normal BB Gun.

I find the Fatman pretty unusable, especially with big kid nukes.
