the cops! : Fallout: New Vegas

I reached up to the Vegas and the other on - cops. Says need either a passport (for 2000) or science 80. I have 39 science, money, 320. Is there a way to get around them?

Eh, this has me at first to. I'll tell you how to get the passport in the spoiler.

The tip: Go to Mick & Ralph Talk to the one up front, he has an speech check for a passport that is worth 500 caps. Rather cheep if your not the saving type. You can also get him to sell you one if your do some odd jobs for the King.

Durable Dunn's Sacked Caravan, just follow the main road north from the Grub 'n Gulp towards the Clinic... can't miss it... you'll trip over the dead bodies and piles of ash. Lot of juicy combat armors and energy rifles to pick up.

If you have high Luck, you can try gambling at the Atomic Wrangler to raise the funds. I recommend making a save before you start in case you lose all your caps.

Speaking of the Atomic Wrangler, you can also use the cashier as a bank to convert your Legion coins and NCR dollars into caps.
