Hi all.

Just lately I've been looking for a good game to play and thought about F3 immediately. I have never played it too much, so I bought it off steam with the GOTYE edition to maximize my game experience.
How-ever, it did not take long untill I started experiencing problems.
I am fully aware that it is not made for W7, but I know that there are certain ways around that sort of.
Anyhow, I am not having any problems with random crashing on load or anything like that, so that's not the issue.

The game will at random times freeze the mouse and keyboard, how-ever they are fully functional to alt+f4 or alt+tab to exit the game. This is not a hardware problem related to the mouse or keyboard as a lot of people apparently seems to have problems with this. This is about 5 minutes of being IG and boom - can't do nothing.
Second problem is the loss of FPS during playing.
I am currently running a pretty high-end system and should be able to tackle FO3 on full with high FPS, which I do /sometimes/. How-ever, it keeps falling down to 20-30 FPS, something that really isnt enjoyable at all.
I am desperate for some help, I want to play FO3!

ASUS GeForce GTX 560 Ti SLI (Aka two graphics cards)
8GB of DDR3 RAM
Intel i5-2500K, Quad Core CPU
ASUS P8P67 PRO
H100 CPU Cooler
SSD drive and so on.
