Why are players allowed to roam the servers, crash them,hack the **** out of them and empty the servers?

This is no name and shame. This is just shame. Shame on you Crytek.
Why does it take a member of the community to create tools just so your customers (that bought the game) can enjoy the game?
Why can't you put a simple cap on the # of character a profile can have?
The same thing that Siggy is doing, allowing the admins to block certain invalid characters from joining a server: why can't you do it?
Why does a group of players have to form an outside community to monitor, not only their servers but all the populated servers with the sole purpose of decoding the html coded names and quickly distribute these Profile IDs out to the servers?
These players were roaming the servers (non C3CG servers) at the same time today. This means there are a lot of these butt holes out there and their sole intention is to ruin your clients' game time.
Why won't you just ban the serial keys from these people?
Why won't you do anything about it?
You sit there and make Community Veterans face your failure.
What does it take to ban a serial key? and please no one else answer this question that doesn't have the authority to do it.
