So I got the code book from her, and as always I was interested in the contents and opened it up for a look. Anyone know if it is at all possible to decipher, or of it truly is just non-sense? I want to figure it out myself if I can be broke, but don't want to waste anymore time (I already tried the decryption techniques for a couple basic ciphers since they didn't take long) if really doesn't mean ANYTHING.
I'm sure it means something. I don't see Bethesda passing up a chance like that to have some kind of in joke or something. I'd be willing to be at least, that whoever actually wrote/coded the book had some rhyme or reason.
