I saw a post where an admin wanted to share his bans but it was quickly deleted because he named the player. You could have just edited out the name and left the rest but, it's your forum.

Crytek does not permit that on their forums.
What you where suggesting is already in place. The |C3CG| has over 500 members and still growing fast.
Visit http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Crysis_3 and join the group.
There you can contribute to a global banned list and use the global list on your servers. Post a thread in this section http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Crysis_3/discussions/1/882961407029434075/ and an admin will set you up.

We not only monitor C3CG servers, we monitor all populated servers at any time. When we spot these cheaters we send out instant messages to our admins with the ban info. admins also have a section where the present their bans and reasons which are available to other admins. We have a dynamic system of updating our list so all admins have an up-to-date ban list.
