Kind of an interesting question I think. Does your character have imagined quests that they perform from time to time?
Let me explain a little. Lothran has this quest while staying in Bruma where he eliminates the goblins of Plundered Mine on a regular basis to ensure safe passage for travellers on the nearby road. He also performs his duty as a town guard in Bruma where he puts on a full guard armor suit and patrols the streets. While doing this he doesn′t enter his own house or any other and whenever he has a break (which is kind of random) he goes to the barracks to relax. Apart from patrolling he also has designated lookout spots.

These are basically the only imagined quests he has but I enjoy them quite a bit. So what about your character(s)?

Aurion has is quest to erase all the Oblivion Gates he finds...of course he doesnt know if he ends the Main Quest he ends the trouble
Also when he stops in a City he also kinda performs a guard duty not dressing up like lothran but watching the streets for a time

With Nelacar, I pretended the fighters and mages guilds had bulletin boards, something I think I'll continue with my next character. That way I can have as many sidequests for clearing out dungeons as I can come up with. So Nelacar had a sidequest of clearing out Horn Cave, because the citizens of Pell's Gate were worried about the bandit activity there.
