I know that a lot of people are using graphics mods to make the game look better, so I am asking for some suggestions because I am a little overwhelmed right now, im looking for mostly good graphical mods, nothing that would change the gameplay really, im playing complete vanilla right now. Also what good mods for archery are there? Thanks for any help!

morrowind overhaul graphics v3. It will require a fresh install of the game BUT it is exyremely easy to install, it literally installs itself.
If ur going with vanialla style, I am also going vanilla as well but ive thrown a few other mods into the mox that keep the vanilla feel. There are the sift striders, gondolian striders, and boats strider. Im at work so im hoping thats the exact name for them. Basically those mods gove u the option of cast traveling where u paid to go like normal game lr u can take the scenic rouge which u literally get to watch and ride the boat, sift strider, or gondolian to its destination. With the overhaul graphics mod, it is literally beautiful rides and feels like it should be in the game.
The only other mod I use is the morag tong armor. Basically once u get yo a certain rank in the morag tong, u can purchase their armor. It has the same def ratings as the db armor so its not god mode and u have to work towards it and it impliments some very sweet looking lore friendly armor into the game without breaking it.

Do a keyword search of topics in the Morrowind mods forum. Someone asked about that topic a few months ago, but I don't remember specifics. Good luck.

There are many many different mods to pick from.
It all depends on your taste.

It also includes MGE.
Morrowind Graphic Extender (MGE) is the program used to create Dynamic Shadows and Water, and render Distant Land, and enables Shaders, etc.
