Even after all the patches, the exp glitch is still there

I was surprised when I was looking up info on New Vegas and I happen to stumble somewhere and found out that the Chet glitch involving Run Goodsprings run, was not fixed. I thought, well I could try it again and see how powerful I could get. Turns out the glitch is still as good as it was all those months ago if not more powerful because of the level 50 cap. I could only get up to 30 because I got incredibly bored with it. It's boring but very rewarding. If I wouldn't had screwed up my intelligence, I would've gotten an extra perk instead of intense training.

Now for those of you who have never heard of this great glitch, here it is.

1st start a new game, create a character and then move to special. Now I screwed up this part and put INT to 5 instead of 6, don't make that mistake. Put the stats towards what perks you want, I would usually do stuff that you won't pick your 2nd time through like Jury Rigging. INT at 6 is a must because of that one perk at level 26. Now here is the most important part, you must tag Barter so that it's total reaches 25, you can pick speech as well but Barter is the 1st option on the list and it will go a lot quicker if you pick barter. I wouldn't pick any traits and definitely don't pick Skilled.

Next go start the tutorial quest, only do the part up to the where your shooting the sas bottles, decline Sunny's offer to continue and go back into the bar. Next talk to Trudy and proceed to start the Ghost Town quest. Now go talk to Joe, accept his offer to kill Ringo and go do that. Now this is another important part, make sure to talk to Joe and procced the quest forward to the next step, shaking down Chet, getting the med supplies. At this point, make a save and go into sneak mode and shoot Joe. You will fail the quest and procced to deal with the other gangers. After this part make your way up to Chet's store, I would make a hard save outside in case anything goes wrong and I would have a seperate save for in the store. Next talk to chet and choose the option with Powder Gangers, two options will come up "Barter 25" and "Speech 25". Click one of those and you will gain exp, now here's the kicker. That part is glitched, it doesn't go away so if you have a fast enough button press, you can keep pressing the button and gaining infinite exp. Now it gets tedious at times but after enough time you will reach the level cap. I reccomend getting Swift Learner at level 2 and 4 (Since the level 2 and 4 perks are immune to the glitch, IE if you pick Educated, you won't get to keep it when you respec) and lastly I reccomend getting the perk at level 26 that increases the amount of exp you get by the level, so if your at level 25 you get 25% additional exp. It may not sound like much but it adds up over time and will speed up the process dramatically. I would reccomend saving every 10-15 minutes so that if you accidently screw up, you can reload.

After 1 and a half hours or longer, you will reach level 30 or higher. At this point you need to make your way to the edge of the tutorial area, either north towards the Coyote or head south. Make a save at this point and then respec, pick the skills/attributes that you want and then you will level up to the level that you were at before hand (30 if you pick Logan's loophole). After that you will be a powerhouse. Don't pick skilled you will lose 10% of your exp, I accidently did that but was able to reload without it being an issue.

I personally am surprised that they left this in here but it's a great glitch, time consuming but a great glitch.

Why would you want to do this?

Yeah, it kinda destroys the whole point of the game tbh. Isn't there simply a cheat/mod which can increase ur level instantly or something? I mean if u want to start as level 30 then that might be easier and less time consuming.
