What do you think of it? I absolutely fell in love with it during Lonesome Road.

Also, is it glitched/bugged?

I have it fully modded, 100 Explosives, all related perks, and it still seems to kill slower than a common Grenade Rifle. Can anyone explain this, or is my game just plain bugged up? (or is the Grenade Rifle better, which seems pretty nonsense?)

Explosives are bugged against some enemies or you just need better aim.
