Bugged creatures (stationary)

I'm having problems with some of the enemies in my game. When I come across them, it seems like they can't move, they just stand in one spot and try to hit me, cast spells, etc. The ones I've seen so far are some skeleton variants, and dremoras. This leads me to believe it's because Neo's Unique Creatures mod, as it modifies both of these enemy types. I tried adding his skeleton meshes from the Undead mod, but that didn't seem to work either, so I think it's because a mod conflict. Do anyone have any idea what's causing this?

Can you go into the game, find some of these stationary creatures, open the console, click on the creature and type the command: "ori", and hit Enter?
This will tell the creature ID and probably what plugin adds them. That will help narrow things down.
It might be possible something went wrong in the creation of the Merged Objects. You might check if deactivating that fixes the problem.
If creatures aren't moving, but otherwise appear normal, it may be due to an added script, or maybe something is setting their strength to zero, or they're otherwise encumbered or maybe something else entirely. You can use the console to check their strength (GetStrength), or you can kill the critter and check its inventory for very heavy objects.
