Ok just wanted to know something about ranks in factions and how the public reacts to it.
Im a cousin in house hlaahu, starting out in morag tong, evoker I believe in mages guild, and I think bandit or higher in tg. My overall rep I believe is a 9.
My question is im usually a smooth talker and have high disposition with almost everyone. But throughout the game world people have started giving me hateful remarks such as " ur almost dead, we should find someone to finish the job" and etc etc and these are people I have 70 or higher disposition with. I have also found it seems harder to pass speech checks as well with npcs recently as well.

My question is, is this due to my ranks and or affliations with certain factions or is it due to caius the blade master is mad at me and wanna kill me? If its caius, is it normal for a worldwide reaction to him and does anyone know console commands to get him to stop wanting to fight me permenatly?
