- Blood reacts realistically. Possible pool of blood.
- Slings and holsters for weapons with realistic physics.
- Kill animations like Skyrim for melee weapons.
- Can use virtually anything as a weapon.
- Sprinting
- Be able to kick down doors, use explosives, or shoot lock to breach locked doors.
- Enemies drop realistically when killed.
- Ghouls/creatures actually feed on fresh dead bodies and it looks as realistic as possible.
- See half eaten or full eaten carcasses.
- Flys/worms accumulate on dead bodies after a long time dead.
- Dead bodies become skeletons eventually.
- hardcoe mode, Feed drink sleep to survive.
- Animations for using items like stimpacks or eating.
- Eating does not heal but keeps you alive.
- Crippled limbs should only be treated by a doctor via operation if severe or time spent resting if mild.
- Animations for stopping bleeding IE leg is bleeding, animation for player patching themselves up.
- Armor/lack of should work realistically .
- Lack of armor can have severe detriment to player if shot.
- Wearing armor gives chance for bullets not to penetrate.
- Animations for repairing weapons even if basic.
- Game runs real time when speaking giving chance for interrupted conversations due to gunfights etc.
- Animations for dropping weapons or picking up.
- Animations for opening/closing doors.
- Destructible objects glass breaks etc.
- Bullet penetration through certain objects
- Back packs to place items in.
- Realistic carrying items, Items will appear on player or will need to go in a carrying bag.
- Multiple weapons appear on player at one time Slings and holsters needed.
- Everything has weight
- Be able to see out of windows
- Minimize load screens, alot of places are rendered for ability to walk in.
- Character has interesting Idle animations to feel more life like.
