Hello. I'm a bit confused here. I recently started my Oblivion Game of the Year edition on the Xbox 360. Every time I boot up the game, it pauses a bit and says "loading additional content". However, neither the Shivering Isles or Knights of the Nine has triggered. I didn't get any message saying there is a strange door in Niben Bay. What could the problem be here? I checked my system storage and both add-ons are currently on my hard drive. Any ideas?

Also, under the title screen Options, "Downloads" is greyed out. What the heck...
