Im having an issue where Mr. New Vegas will not update the news, im getting the same news stories dispite finishing cetain quests. He continues to talk about Prime "Troubling news from http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Primm, as merchants report a large presence of armed and unsavoury figures patrolling the town. Residents are no where to be found." yet I have completed My Kind Of Town.

Is there a fix for this?

It seems to me that the news updates are all over the board. Sometimes I hear them 2 minutes after finishing a quest, sometimes it takes weeks.

Its been a long time since I finished the quest in Primm now though, Ive finished Come Fly with Me, and That Lucky Old Sun and still havn't gotten any news about it other then the prequest stuff. Also oddly enough, the News report for how Primm sworn in a new sheriff plays too.

That's common i think. Even the radio stations play the same thing over and over. Johnny Guitar comes to mind.
