NPC sliding glitch? Please help! : Fallout: New Vegas

Ok i experience NPC's sliding instead of moving... like they have no animation for example Sunny Smiles is doing the tut and she isnt moving her legs to run she is just sliding across the land. Same with Animals. Any help?

Im using ULtra with 2xAA and 10xAnistrpic thingy

Im running these mods in the following load order:
Fallout.esm
(All DLCS including couriers stash+Gra)

OJO bueno Uhq textures

Stutter remover

I get constant 60 FPS

Radeon HD 7870
Asrock z77 pro 3
4GB g.skill ram
