Jhunal is dead = Logic is dead (in Skyrim)?

Where can I find out more about Julianos and his lack thereof among Nordic life? I ran across a comment recently that he has no place among the Nords, which, in turned, explained a lot that has aggravated me about them. It's a whole world of passionate, traditionalist, but obtuse people. I think that's why I like Tullius. He sees the same thing. Also, I read on one wiki that Tiber Septim invested some time in their order (and their stewardship over the Elder Scrolls). Where can I find out about that?

edit: On a sidenote, it would seem that Tsun shares a different attitude in game than he does in "Shor son of Shor". He holds respect for the "clever" art (i.e. mages). Which, I'm assuming, means there's an embrace of logic in Sovngarde. I would hope so.

I bet Tsun was just angry at Jhunal at the time. Didn't Shor take his (Jhunal's) counsel at one point or another in the lore?

In Shor son of Shor, Tsun was saying that there was no point in trying to make sense of anything that happens in the Dawn Era, rather than criticzing the concept of logic itself. Clever-Men, in the Aldudagga, continue to play an important role.

We don't know when Jhunal lost popularity, however.
