So I decided i want to play fallout 3 again and then i remembered that their is a mod known as Requiem for a Capital Wasteland. The only problem is the directions for installing the mod are difficult to understand. The contradict themselves and aren't very clear. If anyone knows how to install this mod correctly and would place a guide in the comment below it would be much appreciated.
