I would like to see a bunker where the citizens weren't crazy or a vault tec experiment gone wrong, but they were real American citizens that still live by the old world standards. They have a government, technology, an army, maybe the marines I only say that because I have an uncle that is a marine, I mean they are good enough to guard the President, why can't they protect the people that are going to rebuild the United states. Let's say they restore a city, and now the enclave that claims to be the United states government learns about this group and targets them. You have to pick between the two, restore the old world, and bring in the brotherhood to help the u.s.a. or destroy it and wipe out the brotherhood. Putting the enclave in place as the ruling body of the wastes. Maybe add in a third party ,who ever it is, maybe the ncr or legion.
