1. I've just started to look at modelling, both in Blender and an old version of 3ds Max. What I'd like to know is what units to use. In Max you have American (feet and inches) Metric and Generic. If I want to make a static that matches Morrowind static standard sizes (128, 256 or 512 units for instance) can I use the Generic setting and will the nif exporter use that setting correctly? If I have to use one of the other settings is there a table or something that will tell me what lengths I would need to use to get an exact figure in the CS? Obviously for many items exact measurements aren't necessary but for large statics, especially those that interact with vanilla models, I think exact measurements would be beneficial.
2. Is there a maximum static size that Morrowind will accept? If not, is there a recommended maximum?
